Ebbsfleet Development Corporation (EDC) is the government-backed organisation responsible for guiding the growth and development of Ebbsfleet Garden City. Set up in 2015, the EDC works to create a well-designed, sustainable and vibrant community by overseeing new homes, parks, schools, and transport links across the area. As a resident, you’ll see their influence in everything from the green spaces being created to the new infrastructure taking shape. They work closely with local councils and developers to make sure Ebbsfleet grows in a way that meets the needs of the people who live here.
